Fisher V500 rotary control valve combines the ruggedness of a ball valve with the efficiency of a rotary valve. It is designed to control corrosive, coking and other difficult-to-handle liquids, providing throttling or on / off operation.

Features
The self-centering seat ring and sturdy spool provide tight shut-off performance for both forward and reverse flow.
The one-piece body flange can match many different types of pipe flanges to meet various pipe requirements.
Streamlined channels, sturdy and durable parts, a wide selection of corrosion-resistant trim materials, all of these make the valve a long and reliable working life in the case of aggressive media.
The eccentric valve core reduces the contact friction with the valve seat ring during opening, thereby reducing the wear of the valve seat.
Carefully selected trim materials and body coatings help withstand oil sands, supply furnaces, and other highly corrosive applications.
Rugged metal or VTC seat rings and valve plugs provide tight shutoff of fluids without deformation of the plug stems and the need for thinner gaskets.
No special positioning, precise clamping, or centering of the valve plug and seat ring is required before tightening the pressure ring, which improves the accuracy of alignment and ease of assembly.

訂貨須知:

客戶對產(chǎn)品有特殊要求，須在訂貨合同中提供以下說明：

（1）結(jié)構(gòu)長度；

（2）連接形式；

（3）公稱直徑、全通徑、縮徑、管道尺寸；

（4）運(yùn)用介質(zhì)及溫度、壓力范圍；

（5）實(shí)驗(yàn)、檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其他要求；

（6）本場可根據(jù)客戶特殊要求配置各類驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置；

如由客戶提供確定的閥門類型和型號時(shí)，客戶應(yīng)正確說明其型號的含義和要求，在供需雙方理解一致的條件下簽訂合同。
